Roseburg's football season is over after suffering an opening round loss in the OSAA 6A state playoffs.

McNary beat the Indians 30-14 Friday night in Keizer.

River Sigrest caught a 30 yard touchdown pass from Cody Walker to give Roseburg a 7-0 lead midway through the second quarter.

The Celtics eventually took a 14-7 advantage in the second half before Will Reddekopp tied the score on a 1 yard run, but McNary went on to score the final 16 points of the game.

Roseburg finishes the season with an overall record of 6-5.

Elsewhere, quarterback Ian Patt tossed three TD passes to lead Oakland to a 33-7 victory over Kennedy in a 2A playoff game in Mt. Angel.
