171114 Tyler KailiuliFOREST GROVE, Ore. -- For the fifth time in six years, Pacific University football has landed double figure players on the all-Northwest Conference team.

Conference officials announced on Monday that 10 Boxers had received recognition for their efforts in 2017.
 
Headlining the list is three members of the Pacific offense were selected first team including running back Brandon Boyd (Gilroy, Calif.), wide receiver Kobe Williams (Las Vegas, Nev.) and offensive lineman Tyler Kailiuli (Roseburg, Ore.).
 
An anchor to all this offensive production was senior Kailiuli at his offensive guard position. In eight games, Pacific averaged 194.4 yards on the ground and 165.8 more through the air. The 194.4 yards per game by the Boxer offense on the ground, eclipses the 1972 record of 184.6 yards per game.

Kailiuli is a Roseburg High School graduate.

George Fox senior and RHS alum Brad Lander received 2nd Team All-NWC honors.
