Numerous volleyball players and coaches in Douglas County took home all-league honors in 2011.

Douglas High's Riley Van Horn and Sutherlin senior Kelsey Hill were first team selections in the Far West League. 

Reedsport's Eden Huebner was named the Sunset Conference's player of the year, while Glide junior Taylor Dutton was honored as the league's top setter. Joining them on the first team were Reedsport High's Taylor Lewis; Monica Vaughn; and Susi Martinez.

Christine Evoniuk of Elkton was selected as the Skyline League's player of the year, while coach of the year honors were shared by Umpqua Valley Christian's Vanessa Seamans and Camas Valley's Ron Pope.

Other local athletes on the first team were Katie Smith and Hannah Parker of Elkton; Camas Valley senior Cheyenne Baker; and UVC's Liz Schroeder.
