Perrydale is the final hurdle standing in the way of Camas Valley's perfect 2011 football season.

This Saturday, the two teams will play for the OSAA 1A state championship at 1:00PM at Cottage Grove High School. The top-ranked Hornets (13-0) are making their second straight appearance in the title game after losing to St. Paul in last year's final.

Camas Valley is led by senior quarterback Ryan Dancer who has thrown for over 1600 yards and 30 touchdowns. His top targets are Richard Andreas (16 TD's) and Eli Wolfe, Jr. (8 TD's). 

The Hornets are also averaging more than 340 yards on the ground and nearly 64 points per game.

The third-ranked Pirates (11-1) have lost only one time this season and that was a 50-32 setback to defending state champion St. Paul. However, Perrydale avenged the loss with a 42-12 victory in the quarterfinals.
