The City of Roseburg is hosting its Adult Fitness Boot Camp throughout the fall and winter at the Hucrest Elementary School gymnasium in Roseburg.

Anyone is welcome to work out during the boot camp meetings, which take place Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00pm – 8:00pm.

The City of Roseburg's Parks and Recreation Department hosts the event, which is described as an adult fitness class combining strength and cardio training with a concentration on core strength.

You can work at your own pace in a fun group atmosphere with workouts that change daily making every workout a new one.

There's a small $1.00 per class charge, which is collected on a drop-in basis. No time commitment or registration is necessary. Gym shoes are required. Childcare is not available.
