Football Season Ends for Roseburg

Lake Oswego scored touchdowns on all six of its first half positions in a 47-7 win over Roseburg during an OSAA Class 6A quarterfinal football game Friday night at Finlay Field. The top-ranked Lakers (12-0) pushed across a score on the final play of the first quarter to take a 27-0 lead and stretched the advantage to 41-0 at the break. Offensively, the Indians came into the game averaging nearly 39 points per contest, but committed five turnovers in the loss. The lone score came late in the fourth quarter on a touchdown run by Javier Mandera.  With the loss, the Indians finished the year with an overall record of 9-3
