Roseburg wide receiver Josh Cole is off to a fast start in 2011.

The six-foot 187lb senior is among the state's best in four categories and holds the top spot for the longest touchdown reception (81 yds) of the early season.

"Last year, Josh was very underrated and turned out be our most improved player," Roseburg head coach Thurman Bell said. "We had high expectations for him coming into this season and he has not disappointed us."

Through the first two games, Cole is in the top five in receiving touchdowns (3); average yards per catch (53.2); and total receiving yards (213).
