St. Paul, Amity and Scio each won a 2009 OSAA Football State Championship Saturday at Hillsboro Stadium.
St. Paul (13-0) beat Imbler (11-1) by a score of 38-34 to capture the 1A title.
Second-ranked Scio (13-0) downed number four Kennedy 14-7 to take home the 2A championship trophy.
In the 3A title game, unbeaten and second-ranked Amity blew out Rainier 51-16.
The 6A, 5A and 4A championship games are set for next Saturday, December 12 at Reser Stadium in Corvallis.
In the 4A tilt, number one Marist (13-0) faces seventh-ranked Baker (11-1) at 11:00AM.
Top-ranked Hillsboro (12-1) takes on upstart and number ten Jefferson (8-5) in the 5A final set for 2:30PM.
The top two teams in the 6A ranks will play at 5:45PM when number one Sheldon (13-0) battles second-ranked Jesuit (12-1).
