The Oregonian All-State Football Teams

jl52.jpgDouglas High School's Justin Langdon and Oakland junior David Henry were among one dozen county players selected to The Oregonian's 2011 all-state football teams.

Langdon was a first team defensive lineman in Class 4A, while Henry made the Class 2A all defensive team as a linebacker. The junior was also a second team selection at running back.

Joining Henry on the second team were teammates Austin Collins (OL) and Jeb Harper (DB). Honorable mention went to Collins (DL); Oakland junior Ryan Comstock; Glendale's Zech Petryson (OL); and Aaron Atencio (P) of North Douglas.

Trojan offensive lineman Levi Hastings was named to the second team in Class 4A.

Three Roseburg Indians earned all-state recognition including defensive lineman Marq Randall (second team); offensive lineman Drew Cordell (honorable mention); and linebacker Ben Goirigolzarri (honorable mention).

Glide junior Brandon Halter (DB) was named honorable mention in Class 3A.
