FLORENCE, Ore. -- The Douglas softball team is on a roll following a pair of league wins Friday.

The Trojans defeated Siuslaw 4-0 and 7-1 to pick up a doubleheader sweep in Florence.

Douglas improved to 5-0 in the Far West League, 9-3 overall.

It was the 7th straight win for the Trojans. They will host Marshfield on Tuesday.

Elsewhere, South Umpqua also scored a sweep, knocking off Marshfield in Tri City Friday.

Roseburg, Oakland and Glendale also picked up wins.
