RENO, Nev. -- The Volleyball West 12-Black club team finished with a 2-1 pool play record on Sunday at the NCVA 2016 National Qualifier in Reno, Nevada.

This follows a 2-1 showing Saturday in pool play giving the team a 4-2 overall pool record.

All three matches went straight sets with the first one a loss to Club Solano Thunder 25-10, 25-11. 

Volleyball West then defeated Beach Vibes Dolphins 25-17, 25-18 and NCVC Jillian 25-15, 25-12.

The team's roster includes Bella Hickey, Kaley Kuxhausen, Micah Lake, Tianna Murphy, Kali Nielsen, Sierra Nielsen, Allannah Thennes & Jaden Warmouth.

The team is coached by head coach is Elizabeth Nielsen and assistant Danell Warmouth.

Based in Yoncalla, Volleyball West offers a club experience for county players outside Roseburg. In three years the club has grown from a single team with seven players to five teams and 43 club members. This included merging with the Sutherlin Volleyball Club in the program's second year.
