EUGENE, Ore. -- The Roseburg Strong women's flag football team is the Northern Oregon Woman^ (Woman "Up") flag football league champion following a 6-0 win over the Eugene Reign Sunday in the championship game.

Roseburg Strong was the #1-seeded team heading into the final game, which ended in spectacular fashion.

With 11 seconds remaining, quarterback Justine Rhines broke a scoreless tie, running for the game's only touchdown to give Strong the win at the final horn.

Roseburg finished a perfect 4-0 in official Northern Oregon Woman^ league games this season.

Many of the league's flag football players will continue playing in various tournaments and coed leagues.
