DRAIN, Ore. -- North Douglas is riding a 4-game winning streak in girls softball heading into Friday afternoon's home game against Oakridge.

The Warriors' 5-4 win over Lowell Wednesday, coupled with Yoncalla's 10-4 upset over league-leading Oakland, forced a 1st-place tie in the Special District 3 standings with the Oakers and Warriors both sitting at 6-1.

Oakland is at Mohawk and Yoncalla hosts Lowell Friday in other Special District 3 games.

Elsewhere, Douglas hosts North Bend and South Umpqua travels to Siuslaw in the Far West League.

Sutherlin travels to Cottage Grove in the Sky-Em League.

Toledo is at Reedsport and Glide hosts Pleasant Hill.
