NORTH BEND, Ore. -- The Douglas baseball team saw its 2-game winning streak snapped following two losses to North Bend Friday.

The Bulldogs downed the Trojans 6-1 in the opener and 6-2 in the nightcap to remain atop the Far West League with a 7-1 record.

Douglas fell to 3-5 in the Far West, 5-10 overall.

In the Sky Em League, Sutherlin fell to Cottage Grove 12-6.
