ROSEBURG, Ore. -- The Roseburg Brewers adult baseball team opens the season with a doubleheader on Sunday, June 5, at 11 a.m.

Last season, Roseburg finished 10-10, tied for 4th place in the ESMBL standings.

While the team has enough players to field a team, they're hoping to fill 3-4 more slots on the roster.

Players need to be 25 or older and there's still one spot left for an 18 and older player.

The current roster features returning players George Miller (also the team manager), Josh Carr, Nick Bowers, and Tyler Gordon, all of which have played several seasons for the Brewers.

Other returners are Chad Walker, Troy Brynnelson, and Alex Holland.

Newcomers so far include Chris Case, Matt Shaver and Scott Hutton.
