ROSEBURG, Ore. -- Roseburg jumped out to an early 4-0 lead and never trailed Monday in a 5-2 win over Sprague in the OSAA 6A softball playoffs at Stewart Park.

Leadoff hitter Samie Bergmann was 3-for-4 on the day with a double and triple to lead Roseburg at the plate.

Bailey Daniels was 2-for-3 and Baylee Wyscaver 2-for-4. Madysn Blevins also doubled for the Indians.

Roseburg's Ashley Martin pitched a complete game for the win, giving up 9 hits in 7 innings of work, walking 3 and striking out 5.

Roseburg will take on Reynolds Wednesday, a 4-2 winner over Beaverton Monday. Game time is 4:30 p.m. at Stewart Park in Roseburg.

OSAA playoff admission charges apply: $6 for adults and $4 students. No passes apply.

Elsewhere, the Roseburg baseball team saw its season end with a 7-2 loss at West Salem.
