ROSEBURG, Ore. -- Roseburg's Pepsi Bottlecaps suffered a doubleheader sweep at the hands of South Medford Monday at Legion Field in Roseburg.

The Bottlecaps lost the opener 9-8 in eight innings and the nightcap 9-5.

Roseburg (1-2) will travel to North Jackson on Wednesday for a single game at 4 p.m.

Elsewhere in legion baseball, Roseburg's Dr. Stewart's split with the Portland Barbers Monday in Portland.
