ALBANY, Ore. -- The Mid Valley Rockets avenged an earlier loss to the Roseburg Dr. Stewart's with a 5-4 win Monday in Albany.
Cody Gray homered for the Docs, but a late rally fell short as the Rockets took 2-of-3 game from the Roseburg squad this season.
It was the eighth game in five days for the Docs.
The stretch continues Tuesday as Area 4 League play continues at Medford with a 6 p.m. doubleheader.
