ROSEBURG, Ore. -- The Roseburg Dr. Stewart's snapped a 3-game losing streak with a 4-0 win over Fairfield, California Friday at Legion Field.

The scheduled 9-inning game, which featured rain delays and a giant rainbow, was called after the Docs ended Fairfield's at-bat in the top of the 7th.

The Docs led 1-0 for most of the contest before adding three runs in the bottom of the 6th.

This win comes a day after Roseburg dropped a pair of league games to the Eugene Challengers.

The Docs (2-4 overall) play Fairfield again at 10 a.m. Saturday morning at Legion Field.

Area 4 League play resumes Tuesday, June 21, when the Docs travel to Klamath Falls for two.
