CORVALLIS, Ore. -- The Roseburg Dr. Stewart's saw a good performance from a pair of pitchers, but weren't able to overcome offensive woes in a 2-1 loss to Perth Saturday in Corvallis.

The loss dropped the Docs to 1-2 at the Corvallis Star Spangled Tournament.

Cody Gray and Zack mandera combined to give up just two runs in the contest, but Roseburg couldn't stage a comeback in the 7-inning game.

It was the second 1-run loss to the Australian team this season for the Docs (1-7 Area 4 League, 6-17 overall).

The Docs will play for 5th place at 1 p.m. Sunday.
