ROSEBURG, Ore. -- Roseburg's Pepsi Bottlecaps stayed perfect in confernece play witha  doubleheader sweep over the Grants Pass Diggers at Legion Field Monday.

The opener went 8 innings when the Diggers' second baseman couldn't handle a Colin Warmouth grounder in the bottom of the 8th allowing Brett Jackson to score for a 6-5 Pepsi win.

Roseburg's Cody Johnson went the distance to pick up the win on the mound.

In the nightcap, the Bottlecaps scored 10 runs in the bottom of the 5th en route to a 14-4 mercy rule-shortened game.

Luke Lucido was 3-for-4 with 2 RBIs and three runs scored; Garrett Russell scored three runs and had 2 RBIs; Brendan Ibarra scored a run and had 2 RBIs.

Brett Jackson picked up the win for the Bottlecaps (4-0 Area 4 League, 6-4 overall), who play a non-league twin bill at South Medford on Wednesday.
