EUGENE, Ore. -- The Roseburg Renegades took care of business Saturday at the Junior State Division II State Tournament with a win over Wilson that out them into the final day.

Roseburg notched an 8-5 win in the semifinal.

"It was a phenomenal performance on the bump by Doran Gillespie," Renegades coach Tim Sustaire said. "We got some steady offense the first few innings which put us in a good spot to win. Great win, but we're not done.

Roseburg plays for the title Sunday at 5 p.m. against West Salem in the double-elimination tournament at Willamette High School in Eugene.
