CENTRAL POINT, Ore. -- Roseburg's Pepsi Bottlecaps have paved their way to the tournament's final day with an upset win over a team they failed to beat in three previous encounters this season

The Bottlecaps held off Central Point for a 3-2 victory Thursday night at Anhorn Field in Central Point in the second day of the Oregon 'A' American Legion Baseball State Tournament.

Luke Lucido was 3-for-4 and Brody Black had an RBI double for Pepsi.

The win leaves the 'Caps as one of just two teams still undefeated in the tournament.

They will face North Medford Friday night at 6 p.m. in a battle of undefeated teams.

The tournament is a double elimination tournament. Any team with a loss can still come back to win the title.
