Roseburg let a 16-point lead slip away in its home opener Friday night at Finlay Field.

Kyle Rackley opened the scoring against David Douglas with a 22 yard touchdown run and Terrell Jacks hauled in a TD pass from Sam Tibbetts to give the Indians a 13-0 halftime lead.

Tanner Hunt connected on a 24 yard field goal in the 3rd quarter as Roseburg stretched its advantage to 16 points.

The Scots would dominate the rest of the way scoring the final 20 points including the game-winner with just over one minute left in the game.

Next Friday, the Indians (0-2) open conference play at home against Grants Pass.
