ROSEBURG, Ore. -- Roseburg High School head softball coach Tony Campos has resigned, the school's athletics department reported on Tuesday.

According to Roseburg Athletic Director Russ Bolin, Campos decided to resign to concentrate on responsibilities outside of coaching.

The athletics department says he finished his 14-year stint with a 252-117-1 record.

Teams coached by Campos played for the state championship in 2005 and 2008.
