SUTHERLIN, Ore. -- The Douglas Trojans bounced back after a season opening loss to pick up a resounding win over Sutherlin.

The Trojans notched a 27-0 shutout over the Bulldogs on the Sutherlin turf.

Junior running back Michael Wanamaker had 2 touchdown runs for the Trojans.

Carter Dahl tossed a first-half touchdown to Parker Shepherd.

Sutherlin's Conner Grauf rushed for over 80 yards in the game.

Elsewhere, North Valley defeated South Umpqua 29-26. Taylor Gross scored a pair of touchdowns for the Lancers.
