The football season continues for the Douglas Trojans.
Despite losing its final two league games and finishing fourth in the Far West League, Douglas earned a spot in the Class 4A play-in round due to the team's #19 ranking.
Next Friday, the Trojans (4-4) head to #14 Scappoose (4-4) with the winner clinching a berth in the OSAA playoffs.
The Indians are the number two representative out of the Cowapa League.
The FWL's #3 seed Marshfield (6-2) plays host to Sweet Home (3-5).
Far West League champion North Bend and second-place South Umpqua have already qualifed for the upcoming 4A playoffs, so both teams have a bye on Friday night.
