Douglas becomes the second local team to qualify for the OSAA 4A state playoffs.

The Trojans punched their ticket to the postseason with a 25-21, 25-16, 29-27 win over Sweet Home in a Class 4A play-in match Tuesday night in Winston.

Next up, #12 Douglas heads to #5 Baker, while #16 Sutherlin takes on #1 Valley Catholic in opening round playoff matches this Saturday.
