ROSEBURG, Ore. -- 250 gymnasts were in Roseburg over the weekend for an 11-team meet.

Umpqua Valley Gymnastics hosted the competition.

Young gymnasts traveled from as far away as Ashland and Gresham to showcase their talents on the beam, uneven bars and open floor.

These meets lead up to the big one, the yearly State Gymnastics Championship Meet on December 9.

That meet will be held at the Willamalane Regional Sports center in Springfield.
