It was a good night all-around for Umpqua basketball on Wednesday.

Grant Ellison scored 21 points and Jacob Danhoff added 16 in the Riverhawks 81-72 league victory over visiting Lane.

Three other 'Hawks finished in double figures including Jouvon Edison (11); Daniel Reno (10); and Ethan Betts (10).

Umpqua (3-1, 11-4) moves into second-place in the NWAC South Region.

The 2nd-ranked UCC women took care of #3 Lane 77-58 behind Jordan Stotler's 24 points.

The Riverhawks (4-0, 15-2) are alone in first place thanks to Wednesday night's win.
