ROSEBURG, Ore. -- The Roseburg baseball squad had enough offense and used a stellar pitching performance to pick up a Southwest Conference win Monday afternoon.

The Indians defeated league rival Grants Pass 5-0 to improve to 11-8 overall, 7-5 in Southwest Conference action.

Zack Mandera pitched a complete game and allowed just 4 hits for Roseburg.

The Tribe is scheduled to travel to South Medford Tuesday for a league counter. First pitch at 4:30 p.m.

Roseburg is currently tied for third with the Panthers (also 7-5 SWC, 11-7 overall), behind league leaders Sheldon (10-3) and South Eugene (9-5).
