ROSEBURG, Ore. -- Smoke from wildfires burning in the region continues to force scheduling changes for local athletics.

Roseburg High School's boys and girls soccer teams have canceled their matches for Wednesday.

The teams will make up the matches on October 21.

However, indoor teams have a better chance at playing; Roseburg's league champion volleyball squad is in action Wednesday night against Sheldon.

The JV match begins at 5:15 p.m. and varsity follows at 6:45 in the Roseburg High gym.
