Four-time defending state champion Roseburg is preparing to keep its streak alive at the upcoming OSAA 6A wrestling championships.
The Indians qualified 22 wrestlers including district champions Cameron Cross (106), Hunter Sparks (120), Thomas Spence (126), Caleb Jeffers (132), Colin Rietmann (145), Austin David (152), Logan Folsom (160), Garrett Russell (170), Brandon Jeffers (182) and Terrell Jacks (195).
Also heading to state are Kahleb Diaz (120), Shaun Konig (126), Tristin David (132), Archer Bergeron (138), Devin Folk (138), Darian Thacker (145), Bryson Diaz (152), Ethan Stoner (160), Rourke Martin (170), Doran Gillespie (182), Owen Vredenburg (195) and Cayden Gingery (220).
The state championships take place February 16-17 at Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Portland.
