DOUGLAS COUNTY, Ore. -- Following an even first quarter, the Sutherlin football team pulled ahead of Pleasant Hill in the second and traded scores the rest of the way en route to a thrilling 33-26 win over the visitors from Lane County.

The Bulldogs (6-2, 3-1 league) is in a three-way tie for first with Harrisburg and Santiam Christian. They take on winless Siuslaw next week.
