EDDYVILLE, Ore. -- The Yoncalla boys and girls basketball teams were the only ones in action Monday, traveling out of Douglas County to Eddyville for non-league contests.

In the girls game, Yoncalla pounded their opponent, holding the home team to just eight points in a 59-8 win.

In the boys' game, Yoncalla came away with a 58-55 win in a thriller of a contest.
