Tayah Kelly led South Umpqua with 22 points as the Lancers defeated St. Mary's of Medford 53-44 Tuesday evening in a Far West League game in Tri City.
Shalyn Gray had 15 points for SU (7-6 overall).
The Lancer boys, meanwhile, suffered a 56-42 loss to St. Mary's. Azspyn Roberts had 10 points and Zack Wilson had 9 for the Lancers (1-14); Matt Lee had 7.
