ROSEBURG, Ore. -- The Roseburg football team struggled at home against a tough South Medford squad, ranked #6 in the OSAA rankings.

The Panthers finished off the Indians 51-0 at Finlay Field Friday night in the final home game of the year for RHS.

South Medford (5-1 overall) is tied for first in the Southwest Conference at 3-0 along with Sheldon (3-0 SWC, 6-0 overall).

The Indians finish off the regular season with two road games, one of them non-conference.

Roseburg (1-3, 2-4) travels to Willamette next Friday and finishes the regular season at North Salem on October 27.

In the Far West League, South Umpqua defeated Siuslaw and Douglas lost to North Bend.
